How do I return an item if I am from a country other than Spain?
We accept changes or returns up to 15 calendar days from receipt of the order. To do this, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days indicating your order, change or return number.
If you have made your purchase from a country other than Spain, the processing of changes or returns will be carried out as follows:
1. Send the products to the address that we will indicate by email. You can use the courier company or shipping method you prefer.
2. Once we receive your shipment, we will refund the amount of the products, we can do it by refund or purchase voucher without expiration, whichever you prefer.
3. When it comes to an exchange, we recommend that you buy the item or product you want as soon as possible, since we work with small stocks and these can easily run out.
If you are going to send from a country outside the European Union or with customs, you must process your shipment as a "Return" with the transport agency so that the shipment does not entail taxes at destination. Otherwise we will deduct those expenses from your refund.
The products shipped are the property of the customer until they are received at our facilities, therefore the responsibility for them during shipment is the customer.
• All our products are checked to ensure that they are sent in perfect condition, so we do not guarantee the return in the event that it is returned broken, in poor condition or without its original product label.
• We do not make changes or refunds if the item appears used or damaged due to use or improper washing/care.
• We are not responsible for shipments by the customer that have been lost due to lack of data or wrong shipping method. We recommend choosing a shipping method that guarantees a certificate and tracking number.
