1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Being able to buy in our store is as easy as choosing the product, selecting your size and clicking the "add to cart" button. You can continue shopping in "continue shopping" or finalize it and proceed to checkout in "go to checkout". Once you have reached this point, you just have to fill in your data as indicated.
2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
If the payment has been made by bank card (recommended), the time for receiving an order can range from 1 to 3 working days, counting from the day after the purchase. Except garments made to order, which may take a little longer since they are made to order.
If the payment has been made by bank transfer, the reception time usually takes between 3 and 6 business days. Depending on how long it takes to make the transfer and become effective.
3. HOW CAN I RECOVER MY FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?

7. WILL YOU REPLACE SOLD OUT ITEMS?
Our "Limited edition" line products are limited and exclusive editions, so they are on sale for a certain period of time, while supplies last.
If you cannot buy a product or size because it is out of stock or out of stock, we will try to replace it as soon as possible. If the product is definitely not available again, it will be removed from the Web.
8. CAN I DELETE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER ALREADY PROCESSED?
We work very fast to always serve orders on time, so if you want to make any changes, you must contact Customer Service within 1 hour of confirming your order. Remember that you can always return any product in your order that does not meet your expectations.
9. IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?
You can rest assured that your purchase on Indance is secure. We are members of secure Internet payment systems "Verified by Visa" and "Secure by Mastercard" and we offer additional security in the use of your cards online. We ship to almost all over the world. In the shopping cart you can choose and select your country.
If your country is not on the list, please contact us to fix the problem and try to add your country so you can place your order.
11. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Spain and Portugal
We want you to dare to try our garments without the fear of not getting your size right. That is why Indance offers you up to one FREE change per order to change the size or color of its products (valid in most of its own-made products). These are the following: Bodies Verónica, Andrea, Nahir, Carolina, Judith and Alba. The monkeys Desiree, Ana and Andrea.
The Andrea manga tops, Andrea pyramid and Cuto out Tops are exempt from this promotion. As well as all other sport or fitness items such as those of the Lismina brand. That its exchange for another model or size will cost €6.99 for mainland Spain and Portugal (cost that includes the collection service and new shipment).
We advise you to take a good look at the table of measurements of each garment, in order to avoid making the change that would mean waiting several days or the risk that there is no stock of the change you want to make.
Product returns for your refund are not free. If you want us to take care of processing the return, this shipping service will cost €3.99 with MRW for mainland Spain and Portugal.

If you are outside of Spain, you will have to send the products to be returned or exchanged on your own, through the courier company of your choice. We are sorry but we cannot afford the free change outside of Spain.

13. HOW CAN I KNOW MY SIZE?
Normally in the product description you will see an indicative size table. If you are between two sizes, it is because the article is made of lycra or elastic and possibly both sizes can fit you, only that the smaller size will fit you more closely and the larger size less narrow.
If you still have doubts about your size, it is best to consult us through our social networks, contact form or telephone. Our customer service will be able to guide you in a personalized way according to your measurements, height and weight.
EYE! Not all our garments have to fit the same as another model. There are models of garments that, depending on their design, fabric or color, may vary slightly in size.
